Rincumditti has been a family recipe for many generations. Most people don’t know what it is and they are missing out. Its a cheesy shrimp sauce type meal that you pour over saltine crackers. This recipe makes about 2 dinners for a family of four.

For the past few years I have been making this for my family for St. Patrick’s Day, and every time its a hit. It’s both savory and sweet at the same time.  It is great with some butter or even dipped in soup. This recipe is a variation from one of my favorite cookbooks called The Unofficial Harry Potter Cookbook. Irish Soda Bread is best the day its made but it’s still really good for up to a week later.

Jalapeno poppers can really be a hit or miss. Sometimes they can be super spicy, while other times they might not have any spice at all. Personally, I can’t handle spice very well, but this time, the spice was totally worth it. You have to be careful while handling jalapenos, because if you touch your face after handling jalapenos, it burns like crazy. This recipe is a variation of a recipe from The Hopeless Housewife. This recipe makes 20 jalapeno poppers.

My family and I really enjoyed this meal. You know you did a good job when your whole family is happy. This recipe is a modified version of a recipe from The Unofficial Harry Potter Cookbook. I altered it to give it more flavor and make it tastier. This recipe makes about 10 servings.

This is a quick and easy dip that is so good, you don’t even have to eat it with a chip. My family and I found that the best chips for this dip are Pita Chips.  This dip is so easy that anyone could make. All the ingredients in this dip, you can find at Trader Joe’s.

This is a quick and easy snack that my family has been enjoying for as long as I can remember. Goblin eyes, as my family calls them take less than ten minutes to make about three dozen. This is a no-carb snack that can be great for kid’s lunch. It is good that they are easy to make, because in my family, they are gone before you know it.
