Blueberry Banana Muffins

These muffins are so good and easy to make. It’s up to you, but before baking, you could sprinkle a little extra sugar on top of them to give it a little more sweetness. You can freeze these muffins so they last longer and all they take is a minute in the microwave and they are nice a warm for breakfast. This recipe makes 12 large muffins.


  • ⅔ cup of milk
  • ¼ cup of vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup of banana mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • ⅔ cup of sugar
  • 2 ½ teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 cup of blueberries washed


  • Preheat the oven to 400℉
  • Line a muffin tin with regular or silicone cupcake liners
  • In a large bowl mix together the milk, oil, banana, and egg
  • Mix in the flour, sugar, and baking powder
  • Fold in the blueberries
  • Evenly divide the batter into the muffin tin
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown
